The Lillington Rotary Club’s annual Cornelius Harnett Charity Gala went off without a hitch this year at its new venue, The Government Commons Center.  Leon Jordan and his orchestra entertained the guests with lively dance music which everyone seemed to take advantage of this year.

The buffet was fantastic and filled with wonderful finger foods, the caterer saw to everyone’s needs and delighted all with their fare.

New this year was the addition of select contemporary dance music provided via iPod when the orchestra took their breaks – so dancing music was available to everyone of all ages.

The Gala saw a new record in the donations, ticket sales and sponsorships this year too – raising more than $20,000 for the Rotary Club’s local projects.

Thank you to all of our generous guests and sponsors!
